The importance of internalizing success

Lack of success of internalization can is a clear path to developing the Impostor Syndrome. Every little WIN should be internalized into a feeling of self-love and the more we do so the easier it will be to “push the boulder up the hill”. The more we push it will become less and less steep. Do you recognize any of these symptoms in yourself?

By internalizing every win I don’t mean you should aim small. The higher you aim the more worthy the achievement so it has to both. To succeed at aiming high we have to love celebrating our little wins, focusing on thing at a time. Do you recognize any of these symptoms in yourself?

The impostor syndrome symptoms include:

  • Fear of showing your real self to the world
  • Inability of opening thyself up to being vulnerable( which is necessary for spiritual growth)
  • Inability to connect to others and to remember their names

Are you stuck in your mind thinking you have to “think” your way through ?

The mind will most certainly trick you from taking the right decision many times. As it can be a very good friend it can be your worst enemy. You will also be told by your mind that you shouldn’t listen to your heart but the truth is that is the piece you are missing.
I share with you Mastin Kipp’s Heart therapy meditation.

Feeling special and humility

Humility can be defined as our ability to be approachable. A balance must be obtained between feeling special and being humble.
It is important to determine how close we are to any of these poles in order to understand how we are losing value. We are all special in the sense that we are all drops of the divine but we are also nothing in this big universe. Our actions can feed our ego or our soul but the more we feed the ego the more it wants to claim credit and importance over everything else. Never forgetting where we came from and other reminders can keep us closer in balance.

Ask the blogger: how did you get so many followers?

The Cat's Write

I went out on a limb and contacted some of my greatest blogging idols to see if a few of them might like to lend us some of their wisdom in response to the one question we’re all thinking about: how the hell did you get so many followers?

To be honest, I wasn’t sure I’d get many replies. Surely these bloggers (with their thousands of followers) are far too busy to answer the many questions, emails and comments they must get every day? Turns out I completely underestimated how LEGEN – wait for it… no really you have to wait for it… sorry just a little longer – DARY these bloggers really are. Because who would answer an email from a random quote-seeking newbie like me?

Legends. That’s who.

So instead of digesting, paraphrasing and regurgitating some of their responses to make the perfect introduction, I thought I’d move aside and let the bloggers do…

Creator Mindset VS consumer Mindset

Consuming implies ego because the first person you think about on consumption mindset is yourself . We are grown into being consumers and the more we consume the more we want to consume which is a dangerous cycle .The consumerism is limited because  it doesn’t allow us to produce effectively . We think about producing just for more consumption which will leave us feeling fatigued .

Creating ( whether it is positive emotions in a social interaction ,active  listening , being understanding , providing value to the planet ) completely denies ego and allows for further creation as this is the only mindset which is necessary for going forward . When referring to creating / providing value  it is important to take into consideration scale and magnitude. Whether you are doing  so limited to one person , locally , or you are  thinking globally.

Surround yourself with creators yourself and the creator mindset becomes fully sustainable .

Have a great day 🙂

Boundaries and belief

Society is teaching us that we shouldn’t have any boundaries and we should tolerate everything. When we make a habit of accepting/tolerating everything, we make a habit of allowing others to infiltrate our space which means we do not value our own space.

A good way of seeing the importance of boundaries would be this :  picture yourself as being the sun , while  your goal is to heat up the galaxy ( providing value to others ) , suppose you allow tiny holes to appear into the sun , that would mean that you wouldn’t be able to provide as much value outside . Having boundaries would make you completely round with no holes which would make you radiate maximum amount of value.

The next step is figuring out which boundaries we have to implement in our lives in order for our impact to be potent. Make it a responsibility to be positive by adding boundaries to your life. One must not be only responsible but also accountable for what is happening.

As I look around people are thought to disbelief in themselves and others by compromising their selves for what others taught them it was right.

Work with no belief has no succession because belief is what allows your mind to make your mental creation (ambition) real. Belief is the key to transforming a mental creation into reality.

Definition of belief: an acceptance that something exists or is true, especially one without proof

Isolation, Instinct, Best Teacher

Sometimes if we feel like we climbing the ladder but it doesn’t feel like we are going higher , if one is surrounded by people  that want to change you then isolation is a beautiful fruit . It is a fruit which will give you improved vision, satisfaction and clarity in the narrow road that needs to be followed for achieving success. Isolation can make us question our actions, unconscious actions (habits) which will lead to understanding and then positive change. One that is happy with you will easily choose a good ladder to climb. People often think that by trying to change someone you are helping them, but the truth is often far from that. In order for such an advice to have a positive impact one must truly know who they are because they could give up an identity which they’ve been building in short term and not let that instinct guide them to real self .

Experience is the greatest teacher because it has the most in depth lesson that you will recall because it isn’t synthetic as all those “do this to get that “sort of material. And experience is most meaningful when thyself choice has led to that. Making people understand you do not need their advice can please both parties.
